ABOUT OUR SERVICES
Alpha One is a Center for Independent Living that provides services to those who are aging or have a disability. Founded in 1978, Alpha One advocates for consumer programs and services as well as access and change within society throughout the state of Maine.
Alpha One offers programs and services that can assist individuals with remaining in their homes. In addition, Alpha One connects individuals to funding sources like grants and low-interest loans for adaptive equipment, assistive technology, home modifications, etc. for the aging and disability community:
